Patient Advocate

Patient advocates advise and help you with medical and dental benefit concerns within this facility. You can reach our Patient Advocate by calling 505-846-3200 and following the prompt.

Referral Management

Our Referral Management team can educate and help you with TRICARE referral-related inquiries. Our walk-in office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. You can also call 505-846-3402.

Beneficiary Counselor and Assistance Coordinators

The Beneficiary Counselor and Assistance Coordinator team can educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries. Check in for Health Benefits at the Outpatient Records window on the second floor of the Medical Group.

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)

ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility. Please share your experience with us by following the link to our ICE comment cards.
