Family Medicine
We treat all acute illnesses, perform personal health assessments, and offer clinical procedures such as toenail removal, IUD insertion and removal, and shave biopsies. We also make referrals to off-base providers as necessary.

- Primary Care Manager (PCM/PCP) – Four providers
- Primary Care Behavioral Health – Behavioral health therapy
- Technician run appointments - These are for cryotherapy, suture removal, blood pressure checks, EKGs, Depo-Provera, treatment for painful urination, ear irrigation, strep throat tests, and pulmonary function tests (PFT).
- We also make referrals to off-base providers as necessary.
Types of Appointments
PCMs offer four types of appointments
- Future: Schedule a future visit to follow up on chronic concerns or address new concerns.
- Virtual: Schedule a virtual visit for medication refills. You can also schedule a virtual appointment for concerns that are not time intensive but require a provider’s input.
- Acute: Schedule an acute appointment for new injuries (such as sports injuries and joint injuries) new illnesses – influenza, sinus infection, Migraine, muscle spasms,
- Annual: Schedule a yearly visit with your PCM to manage chronic diseases, referrals, lab reviews, screening exams, etc.
