Physical Medicine Clinic

The Physical Medicine Clinic provides a variety of Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services.

  • Services are for active duty members and Guard/Reserve on active orders for ≥ 30 days.
  • Patients can be seen at the 377 Physical Medicine Clinic without a referral.

Physical Therapy

Musculoskeletal evaluation, pre- and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, athletic injuries, modalities, dry needling, rehabilitation training, specialized muscle strengthening, postural evaluation, exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and acute and chronic pain management.

Chiropractic

The Chiropractic Clinic gives special attention to physiological and biomechanical aspects, including structural, spinal, and musculoskeletal. Services include the adjustment and manipulation of the articulations and adjacent tissues of the human body, particularly of the spinal column.

Walk-In Services

Acute injuries and post-operative patients are prioritized; otherwise first come, first served.

  • Physical Therapy: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:30 – 9 a.m.
  • Chiropractic: Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30  – 9 a.m.
