The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Accredited by The Joint Commission as an Ambulatory Health Care center and Primary Care Medical Home, the 377th Medical Group provides daily operational medical support to the 377th Air Base Wing and more than 100 associate organizations.

Comprised of three squadrons: Healthcare Operations Squadron, Medical Support Squadron, and Operational Medical Readiness Squadron, the Tiger Medics of the 377th Medical group provide patient-centered, primary and specialty care to a prime service area population of more than 40,000 TRICARE eligible beneficiaries in the Albuquerque vicinity.

The facility works in a spirit of cooperation with the New Mexico Veteran Affairs Health Care System, and operates under a program called Joint Venture. To utilize Joint Venture services you must be an active duty member or a TRICARE Prime enrollee specifically assigned to a primary care manager at the 377th Medical Group Clinic.
