Appointments
By appointment only. No appointment necessary for a child that has a same-day appointment with a pediatric provider, or members deploying within two weeks and no appointments are available. Call the Immunization clinic to make an appointment.
Immunization Record Requests
To obtain immunization records, you can:
- Come to the clinic to have a copy printed out
- Request them through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Go to the Messaging tab, select, Send a message, and search recipient, “Kirtland Immunization Clinic” in the To: field.
- Contact the Records Department at 505-846-3417 to arrange them to be faxed
Note: We cannot e-mail copies of records.
PPD/TB Testing
Mondays & Tuesdays only since the test must be read 48-72 hours after being placed.
RSV
The RSV vaccine is not available and there are currently no plans to supply it. The booking website will update if there are any changes to this.
Travel
If you need immunizations for leisure travel (all beneficiary populations including Active Duty) require an appointment with Public Health Travel Clinic by calling (505) 846-0356 or (505) 846-3461.
Allergy Shots
If you are interested in starting allergy immunotherapy, schedule a consult with your primary care manager.
HIV
If your IMR shows due for HIV, this is a blood draw which is accomplished at the Laboratory.
