Flight Medicine / PRAP

We offer the full range of acute, routine and preventive medicine services. We also manage the Occupational Medicine Program and perform occupational health physicals on active duty personnel, annual flight physicals, pre-employment physicals for civilian members working for the 377th Air Base Wing, perform Initial Flying Class physicals, and firefighter physicals. We also take care of the permanent party and students/trainees in the 58th Special Operations Wing. We conduct industrial hygiene visits and perform food inspections on base. We also take care of all active duty PHA’s and MHA’s. Our Medical Standards Management Element handles all overseas, retraining, and Professional Military Education, Separation Health Physical Health medical clearance requests and record reviews, 469 and 422 profile reviews.
