The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Health Services

Case Management

 Case Managers are nurses or social workers who can help you and your family figure out complex health care and support systems. The goal is to help coordinate your medical needs and assist you with achieving your self-care goals. Referral for case management can be obtained through your health care provider or you can self-refer.

They can help:

  • Provide advocacy, support, and education
  • Reduce burden and streamline appropriate utilization of care
  • Partner with your health care team to assist in coordination of your healthcare needs
  • Monitor for progress and desired outcomes
  • Assess, plan and facilitate services for you
  • Evaluate your options
  • Advocate on your behalf

Your or your family member may need case management if you have:

  • Instability with chronic health problems
  • A serious terminal illness
  • An increased need for different provider specialties due to multiple diseases or conditions
