The Main Clinic Pharmacy is reserved for patients that are seen by 377th Medical Group providers for the initial fill of their medication. The BX Pharmacy is reserved for all prescription refills and initial fills for patients who are seen by an off base provider.

The Main Clinic Pharmacy also runs a PharmD Clinic, where patients can be seen on a walk-in basis for:

• Common Cold Symptoms
• Emergency Contraception
• Prenatal Vitamins
• Smoking Cessation
• Medication Therapy Management for all chronic disease states

New Prescription Activation Methods

• To Create a DS Logon Account:
• Select “Create New Account”
• Select “I have my DOD ID Card or CAC but NO access to a card reader”
• An email with an activation code will be sent to the email address on file with instructions
  • Note:
    • Email addresses for individual family members must be unique and cannot be duplicated
    • For DS Logon issues please call 800-368-3665
• To Activate Your Prescription:
• Select “Message,” then “Send a Message”
• In the “To” field, enter “Kirtland Pharmacy”
• Subject line: Activation or New Rx Activation
• Provide as much detail as possible including:
  • Patient info (Name, DOB, DOD ID)
  • Contact information (Phone number)
  • Medication name/strength
  • Provider name
  • If you would like to pick up your medication in the ScriptCenter
• You will get a message back from the pharmacy in 24 business hours with pickup instructions
• Note: If your account is not linked to Kirtland MDG, please call 800-538-9552

• If prescription is needed same day (cutoff time for same-day activation is 4 p.m.):
  • Pull a ticket at kiosk to request prescription activation
• If prescription is not needed same day:
  • Use the drop box in pharmacy waiting area
  • Allow one duty day for prescriptions to be processed

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool

Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look-up your drug. A search can tell you:

• Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
• Where the prescription can be filled
• Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
• Coverage review requirements and forms
• Alternative medications, including costs

To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your gender and age.
